You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account per person. You may not share your account credentials or let others access your account.
4. Your Data
You own the workout data, goals, and notes you create in Slope. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data back to you within the app. We do not use your workout content for any other purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
- Interfere with the app's operation or infrastructure
6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Slope is a tracking and planning tool — it is not medical advice. The app does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may occur during workouts tracked with the app.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep Slope available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire service at any time, with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Slope is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or physical injury.
9. Account Deletion and Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of Slope after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
